Teas

Probably the most familiar method of herbal remedy, a tea is a kind of hot infusion, in which active medicinal properties are extracted into hot water.

Methods of Ingestion: About a tablespoon of tea per tea bag or tea ball.

General Dosage Recommendation: A single tea bag or tea ball worth of tea is good for acute remedies whenever desired, or, as part of a daily regiment, it can be good to use either once or twice daily or nightly, depending on its effects (a sleep tea should be taken once at night, for example).
